The Andalusian Cooperative Society "NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA FUENSANTA", founded in 1952, is located in the middle region of the Southern Highlands province of Jaén (Spain), specifically in the town of Martos Fuensanta, being the main production activity Virgin Olive Oil. The variety of olive is harvested picual (olive is a large and elongated, ending in peak), which is the most widespread of the world, being in Andalusia most of this variety and, especially in the Jaen province.

"OLISIERRA" and "OLIFUENTE" are trademarks of oil produced by our cooperative society. Currently has 1475 partners, with an average production of between 12,000,000 and 15,000,000 kgs. Olive about which obtain among 4.000.0000 and 5.000.0000 of kgs. about oil.
